Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains refund eligibility, how to submit a request, and how payments are handled for PaoVPN subscriptions. Requests and replies are kept together in a user-panel ticket so you can verify the order and track progress. Please read this alongside the Terms of Service.

Request window and refund eligibility

You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 30 days of your first payment. The request window is verified against the first successful payment record; it does not start when you install a client, import a subscription, or connect for the first time. Submit a refund ticket within the window and specify the order you want refunded.

You can request a refund within this window if the service does not suit your needs, the connection experience falls short of expectations, or you no longer need the service. You do not need to complete troubleshooting first. Usage guidance or troubleshooting assistance is optional support, not a condition for submitting a request. A renewal or mid-term upgrade does not restart the refund window for the first payment. If related orders are involved, include them in the same ticket.

Eligibility and order verification

Orders outside the request window are not covered by the no-questions-asked full refund described on this page. Unpaid, canceled, or already-refunded orders have no remaining payment to refund. You may still submit a payment review ticket for duplicate charges or a successful payment paired with an incorrect order status.

Normal connection and data usage are not, by themselves, grounds for denying a refund requested within the window. This policy sets no separate data-usage threshold or deduction standard, and prior usage does not automatically convert a full refund into a partial one. For disputes involving excessive usage, unusual usage records, or account violations, the order, account records, and applicable terms should be reviewed, with the specific basis explained rather than relying on a broad label.

“No expiration” for permanent data packages refers to the validity of the data; it does not extend the refund request window indefinitely. Account-use disputes and payment reviews should be addressed separately. If further information is needed, the ticket will specify what is missing.

How to request a refund

  1. Sign in to the user panel and check the order number, payment amount, payment date, and payment method in your order list.
  2. Go to the ticket portal, state “Refund request,” provide the order number to be handled, and clearly ask for a refund.
  3. If the payment record does not match the order, provide a transaction receipt or transaction reference. Redact personal information unrelated to the review from any screenshots.
  4. Check replies and provide any necessary information in the original ticket. Verify the refund result there to keep the conversation together and avoid missing context across separate tickets.

Do not submit your account password, subscription link, or wallet private key. You may optionally share the reason for your request to help explain a usage issue, but a detailed explanation is not required for a no-questions-asked refund within the window. Keep the request record; any follow-up review will continue in the same ticket.

Refunds to the original payment method

Payments made with Alipay or WeChat Pay are generally returned to the original payment account through the original payment channel. If that channel cannot process the refund directly, the order ownership and reason must first be verified in a ticket, and a workable approach confirmed. You will not be asked to transfer funds to an unfamiliar account to complete a refund.

USDT refunds follow a different process from Alipay and WeChat Pay and cannot be assumed to return automatically through the same route. For an on-chain transfer, first confirm the original transaction, network, receiving address, and refund arrangements through a ticket. Any matters involving currency, conversion, or network fees should be explained and confirmed before processing; this page does not set a rate or amount in advance. Do not provide an address before it has been verified. Whether a broadcast transaction can be reversed depends on the network mechanism.

Refund timing and progress checks

Ticket review, refund submission, and receipt of funds are separate stages. Processing time depends on factors such as the payment channel, account status, and network confirmations, so this page does not promise a fixed arrival time. After a refund is submitted, check both the ticket status and the original payment account. For an on-chain refund, verify it against the confirmed network and transaction record.

If a reply says the refund has been processed but the funds have not appeared, add the order number and your findings to the original ticket and ask for the refund reference or transaction record to be checked. Once a refund is complete, the service entitlements for that order are adjusted accordingly; refunded orders do not retain active entitlements.
